Participation in the Baltic Maritime Economy Showroom

 

The Baltic Maritime Economy Showroom will be organised in a dedicated exhibition hall in which we offer you preferential terms of participation: a 15% discount on the value of floor space ordered.

 

The other terms of participation are exactly the same as for BALT-MILITARY-EXPO participants.

Applications for the event will be collected by means of interactive forms.

 

Exhibitor Registration Fee.................................................PLN 500

Co-Exhibitor Registration Fee ..........................................PLN 400

Floor space without shell scheme (booth)........................PLN 420/ 1m² 

Floor space with shell scheme (booth).............................PLN 530/ 1m²

Outdoor floor space...........................................................PLN 120/ 1m²

 

Stand type surcharge:

·   corner stand surcharge (minimum size: 12 m2) ............+ 15%

·   end stand surcharge (minimum size: 24 m2) .................+ 15%

·   island stand surcharge (minimum size: 40 m2)..............+ 15%

 

Exhibition space discounts:

Stand area of 40 m² to    64m²  ............ -8%

Stand area of 65 m² to    98m² ............  -10%

Stand area of more than 99m² ............  -15%
