V INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-

TECHNICAL CONFERENCE "Marine

Technologies for Defense and

Security"

Gdańsk 27-29 th June 2012 r.

We have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the V International Conference NATCON. The Conference derives from organized since 1987 by OBR CTM Military Maritime Technology Symposium, which was changed into NATCON Conference organized by OBR CTM and Naval Weapons Institute of the Polish Naval Academy. For the 1st time, thanks to co-operation between OBR CTM S.A., the Polish Naval Academy and Gdańsk International Fair Co., the NATCON Conference is organized as an accompanying event to the BALT MILITARY EXPO, 12th Baltic Military Fair.

The priority subject matters of the Conference are issues concerning the military maritime technology domain, maritime critical infrastructure protection, as well as

safety at sea, including sea rescue. The purpose of joint ventures realization such as Scientific Conference and the Baltic Military Fair is to spread the international Baltic platform for knowledge exchange in range of maritime technology allowing to establish a dialogue among widely understood science, industry and prospective users. 2012 NATCON Conference main topics:

- Command Systems and Naval Armament

- Maritime Critical Infrastructure Protection and Maritime Security

Information for participants:

The Conference will be held between the 27th and the 29th June 2012 at the new Exhibition and Convention Center of Gdańsk International Fair Co. – Amber Expo, Gdańsk, Żaglowa Str. The conference language is Polish and English (with simultaneous translation).
